The Import Tool in the Informetica LMS has been improved to enable Site Administrators to enroll larger numbers of existing, active users into products; and to automatically send mass emails to these enrolled users using the current Product Enrollment email notification feature. There is also new notification option to trigger the product enrollment notification when using the Control Panel Import tool for product enrollments.

New Button Added
A new button has been added into Informetica on Step 5 of the Control Panel Import - User Product Registration. The button includes a pop-up confirmation message to proceed, and will trigger the email notification “Product Enrollment” for all successfully imported user enrollments.
New Configuration Option
A new configuration option has been added to restrict the number of emails that can be generated (the default value is 500). A new warning label has been added to inform the account performing the import of this limitation.
